BBM yang diterima Tribunnews.com, Selasa (10/5/2011).
Berita
tersebut menjelaskan kalau memakan udang tidaklah berbahaya. Tetapi
karena adanya dua zat di dalam daging udang bernama Arsenic Pentoxide
(As205) akan berubah menjadi racun di dalam tubuh setelah bertemu
vitamin C.
"Udang mengandung Arsenic Pentoxide (As2O5), dan
berhubung habis makan udang wanita itu minum Vitamin C, terjadilah
reaksi kimia di dalam perut yang membuat As2O5 berubah menjadi Arsenic
Trioxide (As2O3) yang sangat beracun," isi lanjutan BBM tersebut.
Racun
tersebut mengakibatkan hati, jantung, ginjal, pembuluh darah rusak,
usus keluar darah, pembuluh darah melebar hingga wanita itu meninggal
mengenaskan dengan kelima panca indera keluar darah.
"Jadi
hati-hati, habis banyak makan udang jangan minum Vitamin C pada saat
yang bersamaan," begitu pesan terakhir dari BBM tersebut.
Belum
jelas mengenai kebenaran informasi tersebut, namun tidak ada salahnya
bagi kita mawas diri dan lebih berhati-hati ketika sedang mengonsumsi
udang, janganlah disertai dengan meminum vitamin C.
